Summer evenings on Lake Cumberland are worth enjoying - the mosquitoes are not. A screened room gives you the porch you wanted without the bugs, and a pergola adds shade and structure to a patio or poolside that otherwise bakes in the sun. We build both to match the lines and materials of your existing home, so the addition looks like it was always there.
Every screened room and pergola we build is custom-sized to your space, whether that's a simple freestanding shade structure or a fully screened entertainment room with lighting and a ceiling fan roughed in. We handle the framing, screening, roofing, and finish work, and back the whole project with our 2-year warranty.

Screened Rooms & Pergolas
What's the difference between a pergola and a screened room?
A pergola is an open framework - posts and an overhead lattice or rafters - that defines a space and provides partial shade. A screened room is fully enclosed with screen and a solid roof, keeping insects out entirely. Some clients combine the two ideas, and we'll help you decide what fits your yard and budget.
Can you screen in a porch or deck I already have?
Yes. Converting an existing covered porch or deck into a screened room is one of our most common projects. As long as the roof and framing are sound, we can add the screen framing, doors, and finish work.
Do pergolas need much maintenance?
Not much. Built from cedar or treated lumber, a pergola mainly needs occasional cleaning and re-sealing every few years to keep it looking its best. We'll tell you exactly how to care for the material we use on your build.
